A central app will control multiple suite features at once, allowing you to track your energy usage, activate lighting, and much more. You’ll also receive daily reports on your energy consumption and usage, so you can easily manage your home from anywhere!
Security
From wall pads to door locks, InCharge offers innovation in security at its finest. You can set alarms for when you are home or away that alert your smartphone, as well as those of your trusted friends or family in case of emergency. The cameras in common spaces will also give you unmatched peace of mind.
Communication
Receive building and community notices on your phone without leaving your suite. Get notified when your package arrives in the mail room, knowing that it’s secure. And, with just a quick click in the app, submit requests to management and building supervisors.
